Job Context

  • Sales Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. invites freshers and experienced candidates for the position of Sales Officer where you will be responsible for the sales of laptops, Desktop, in ONE PC, Tab, and other IT Products.
  • Candidates MUST be interested in working AYWHERE IN BANGLADESH under Walton Plaza.

Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure successful sales and marketing of IT products, it is very important to understand the specific location or marketplace where the products will be sold.
  • Execution & monitoring of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Increase sales and productivity within the territory, conduct field research and market analysis including surveys on products, markets, and consumers. By analyzing the gathered information, improve the growth in sales volume.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, conversion maintain contact lists, and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels and collaborate within teams to achieve the assigned targets.
  • The job responsibilities of a Sales Officer can vary depending on the industry, company, and specific role. However, here are some common responsibilities and duties associated with the role of a Officer:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the company. This may involve meeting revenue targets, sales volume targets, or market share objectives.
  • Market Research: Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to develop effective strategies.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits that meet their needs.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with customers to close deals. Handle objections and concerns effectively.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer/Electronics Engineering or B.Sc in CSE/EEE from any reputed Institute/University

Additional Requirements

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Skilled in retail, product demonstration, basic troubleshooting of IT products, and customer experience.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (vocal personality) & networking skills.
  • Demonstrating integrity by modeling the values and ethical standards.
  • Good technical knowledge of IT products.
  • Having the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
